“En route to disperse his mother's ashes in the Atlantic Ocean, a mentally unstable Carl finds himself alone in a hotel room struggling with his internal demons. His plan is detoured when he meets a streetwalker down on her luck and needing an out. Carl makes an offer that is difficult to ignore.
